Welcome to 8th Grade Social Studies! My name is Mr. Legan and I am very excited to begin my 4th year at Peacock. For this school year, I will be teaching 4 sections of 8th Grade Social Studies. I received my bachelor’s degree inMiddle Level Education from Illinois State University in 2012. I am currently completing my master’s degree in educational leadership through Aurora University. Throughout my time at Peacock, my core focus has remained on the growth and development of all my students. It is my belief that a teacher's main role is to help students become life-long learners as well as responsible and productive members of their community.
