Welcome to Health & Wellness!

My name is Mrs. Moscoso. I am the Health & Wellness teacher at Peacock Middle School.
I graduated from Illinois State University in 2014. I majored in Physical Education - Teacher Education and minored in Health Education. In 2021, I received my ESL endorsement from the University of St. Francis.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching crime documentaries, going to the zoo, and spending time with my husband and daughter.

In Health & Wellness, we will be covering items such as: stress management, body systems, non-communicable diseases; to name a few. Over the past few years, our health and wellness has been put to the test. It is especially important for young adults to learn about these topics, strategies, and how to apply them to their daily lives.
