Hi Charlie,
I just wanted you to be aware of the Spring Picture Day on Thurs., March 6th.  Most likely Color Portraits will want access to the gym by 6:45am.

Melissa, the tentative schedule is on the counter in the office for your reference.  Barb may ask you to announce groups to come to the gym for their photos.
